Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: May 18, 2026At Fraud Checker, we strive to provide a robust and highly performant courier fraud check and API aggregation service. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the billing terms, cancellation methods, and refund guidelines for our subscription plans.
1. Subscription Cancellations
- Self-Service Cancellation: You can cancel your paid monthly or annual subscription at any time directly through the Profile / Billing page in your dashboard.
- Billing Cycle Access: Upon cancellation, your paid subscription will remain fully active with all daily limit privileges until the end of the current billing cycle. No further automatic renewals or charges will occur.
- Reactivation: You can reactivate your subscription tier at any time prior to the billing cycle's end to avoid conversion to the free plan.
2. Refund Eligibility & Exceptions
Since we offer a free trial/tier with basic query limits to let you evaluate our API capabilities, dashboard features, and WooCommerce integration, all premium subscription purchases are generally non-refundable except under the following conditions:
A. Major Service Interruption
If Fraud Checker experiences a major internal service interruption (excluding independent API downtime of third-party couriers like Pathao, RedX, or Steadfast) lasting more than 72 consecutive hours, you may request a pro-rated refund for the days of outage during that billing cycle.
B. Erroneous Multi-Billing
If you are billed multiple times for the same transaction due to a payment gateway processing error (bKash, Nagad, SSLCommerz, etc.), we will refund the duplicate charge in full within 7-10 business days of notification.
Notice on Cellular OTP Delays: Fraud Checker utilizes third-party SMS gateways for secure OTP login. We do not offer refunds for merchant-side OTP verification delays caused by general telecommunication network disruptions, though our support team will assist you in manual verification.
3. How to Submit a Refund Request
If you believe you meet the criteria for a refund, you must submit a ticket within 7 calendar days of the billing incident:
- Submission Email: send a detailed email to [email protected].
- Required Information:
- Your registered phone number and email address.
- Payment receipt or transaction ID from BKash/Nagad/SSLCommerz.
- A clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back through the original payment method used during checkout (e.g., returned to your bKash wallet or card). Standard processing times are 7-10 business days depending on payment processor constraints.
5. Policy Revisions
Fraud Checker reserves the right to modify this billing policy at any time to align with payment processor guidelines or local legal adjustments. Continued use of our Services following adjustments establishes agreement with the updated terms.
